1. Hesap
13 yaşından büyük olmalısınız. Hesap bilgilerinizin doğruluğundan ve güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınızı satamaz, devredemez veya paylaşamazsınız.
2. Oyun ve davranış
Hile, otomasyon, hizmeti bozma girişimi, taciz, nefret söylemi, kişisel bilgi paylaşma ve yasa dışı içerik yasaktır. Kullanıcı adları ve mesajlar uygunsuz içerik açısından süzülür; diğer oyuncuları şikâyet edebilir ve engelleyebilirsiniz. Kuralları ihlal eden hesapları uyararak veya uyarmadan kısıtlayabilir ya da kapatabiliriz.
3. Sanal ürünler
Coin yalnızca oyunda kazanılır, satılmaz, gerçek para değeri yoktur ve paraya çevrilemez. Elmas ve kaplamalar yalnızca oyun içinde kullanılan sanal ürünlerdir; devredilemez, hediye edilemez, başka bir oyuncuyla takas edilemez ve nakde çevrilemez. Masalardaki giriş ve ödül yalnızca oyun içi coin ile işler; gerçek para kazanılamaz.
4. Satın alma ve iade
Satın almalar ilgili platformun (web'de Stripe, uygulamalarda Apple veya Google) koşullarına tabidir. İadeler yasal haklarınız ve ilgili platformun iade kuralları çerçevesinde değerlendirilir; destek için /support. Satın alınan ürünler hesabınıza bağlıdır.
5. Fikri mülkiyet
Oyun, görseller, sesler ve yazılım BENNIX LIMITED'e veya lisans verenlerine aittir. Kişisel, ticari olmayan oyun kullanımı dışında kopyalayamaz veya dağıtamazsınız.
6. Hizmetin sunumu ve sorumluluk
Hizmeti "olduğu gibi" sunarız; kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağını garanti etmeyiz. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Yasalar gereği sınırlanamayacak haklarınız (ör. tüketici hakları) saklıdır.
7. Fesih
Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman uygulamadan silebilirsiniz (hesap silme). Hesap silindiğinde kalan sanal ürünler ve bakiyeler silinir.
8. Uygulanacak hukuk

Terms of Use
By using Killer Pool 3D (the website and apps) you accept these terms. The service is provided by BENNIX LIMITED. Contact: contact@killerpool3d.com.
1. Account
You must be at least 13. You are responsible for the accuracy and security of your account details. You may not sell, transfer or share your account.
2. Gameplay and conduct
Cheating, automation, attempts to disrupt the service, harassment, hate speech, sharing personal information and illegal content are prohibited. Usernames and messages are filtered; you can report and block other players. We may restrict or close accounts that break the rules, with or without warning.
3. Virtual items
Coins are earned only in the game, are not sold, have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money. Gems and skins are virtual items usable only inside the game; they cannot be transferred, gifted, traded with another player or cashed out. Table entries and prizes use in-game coins only; no real money can be won.
4. Purchases and refunds
Purchases are subject to the terms of the relevant platform (Stripe on the web, Apple or Google in the apps). Refunds are handled under your statutory rights and the platform's refund rules; for help see /support. Purchased items are tied to your account.
5. Intellectual property
The game, artwork, sounds and software belong to BENNIX LIMITED or its licensors. You may not copy or distribute them except for personal, non-commercial play.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Rights that cannot be limited by law (such as consumer rights) are not affected.
7. Termination
You can delete your account in the app at any time (delete account). When an account is deleted, remaining virtual items and balances are removed.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales; mandatory consumer protections are unaffected. For our privacy practices see the Privacy Policy.
